Join Teaching Artist Nico Sorensen at the Jefferson Branch Library in learning the art of mending knitted garments! Attendees will learn techniques to repair holes and breathe new life into their favorite knit pieces. This hands-on workshop emphasizes sustainable practices and the meditative benefits of slow, traditional mending methods. Participants should bring a knitted item with a preexisting hole to work on during the class (t-shirts and jeans are not recommended as they require a different technique that will not be covered).

This event is FREE and open to all ages. All skill levels are welcome. First-come, first-served. On time arrival is important.
