There's lots of art organizations in this town, but how many bend over backwards to help the most important members of a vibrant arts community... namely, the artists themselves? Side Street Projects does, that's who!

>Support for Individual Artists
Our Main Street membership comes with benefits that working artists need. For example, we can act as your fiscal receiver, enabling you to apply for grants from foundations that usually don't fund individual artists. Members also receive early-notification and tuition discounts for our career-survival workshops for emerging artists... and for artists who have been "emerging" for longer than they expected.

>Quality Projectors, Artist-Friendly Rates
For as little as $35 per year, you can have access to the lowest rental rates on Epson Digital projectors... guaranteed for MEMBERS ONLY! If you can even find a lower price, we’ll match it. Your membership will pay for itself even if you only rent one Epson Digital Projector from us. For current members-only rates, visit our projector page.

>How Many Slides Can YOU Scan In 4 Hours?

With our Epson Expression 1680 Transparency Scanner, you can scan up to 15 slides with one click of a mouse. Oh, did we mention this service is for MEMBERS ONLY? For only $10, Main Street members can reserve 4-hour blocks of time and scan-away to their hearts content. Need more time? No problem. Bring your own CD’s, and you can burn your images for free. Our staff will do our best to help you through the process. Archive your work and have print-quality scans at your fingertips whenever you need them (like for getting shows, and grants, and stuff like that). Computer-phobic members need not worry! Don’t pay other people $4 to $8 per slide! You can do it yourself!

>Donor-Level Opportunities
You don't have to be an artist to become a member of Side Street Projects. If you like contemporary art, if you appreciate the programs and services we provide to emerging artists of all ages, we ask that you consider becoming a member at one of our Donor Levels. Bus Stop members get our Alternate Routes Newsletter and 10% off Woodworking Bus Birthday Parties—perfect for families or folks who love our Buses. Invitations to special events begins at the Boulevard level. To reward the generosity of Freeway members, we'll let you pick one free print from our Phantom Ball Archives, featuring some of the most relevant new talent in the contemporary art world. Diamond Lane members are deeply appreciated, publicly recognized, and rewarded with a complimentary Phantom Ball print from the current year (shipped annually on June 1st). What can we say about High Road donors? My goodness, we're speechless. Please accept our sincerest thanks and an exclusive lithograph by 20th Century Master John Baldessari (limited edition of 100).
